What does this money go to?
Proceeds from this event go towards public outreach about achievements in space (from Kindergarten on up) and education of it’s impacts to life here on Earth. Our goals include promoting the STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) as possible career paths, hosting a growing ‘Space Day’ every year for those in the Houston area, and a Yuri’s Night Houston Celebration at the same time as the Yuri’s Night World Celebrations.
